I just had Conway comfort in today to tune up my heating system and Lewis, the technician was great. He explained everything in detail and even did some things that other people could not do. I already signed up to have them come again in the summer to take care of my air conditioning.

We have used Conway for a few years now as members of their “Comfort Club.” Experiences with both AC and heater tuneups have always been excellent, with the technicians performing a thorough check and offering suggestions for upgrades (not pushy), recommendations for routine maintenance, and flagging items needing replacement each season. Today’s experience with Luis for our seasonal heater tuneup was no exception; he arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and made several recommendations, some of which we decided to take right away as preventative maintenance and others we will think about for the future.
