Following my furnace replacement back in 2023 I just had my air conditioning system/unit replaced by Conway also. As with the furnace installation, the AC installation was done exceptionally well. Andy and Mike were the tech's and did a phenomenal job with the install. The overall process from the pre-maintenance, inspections, to the purchase and through the installation, all thumbs up. When it's time to do my second zone of my home, which would be another round of a furnace and AC syatem replacement, Conway will be the ones I call. Again, big thanks to Andy and Mike who did a fantastic job with the install.

From the first phone call to the final walkthrough I was impressed with Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling. I called on the warmest day in May and was given an appointment the next day! I was very impressed with Rob, the service technician that repaired my air conditioner. He was so thorough and was able to find the problem that caused my unit to fail. It seemed a mouse entered the outside unit and bit a wire ( to his demise) and a squirrel decided to make his home inside the unit and filled it with nuts and twigs and whatever else he could find! I was given options of cost for repairs along with photos of the critters mess. My air ducts were also checked and were really in bad shape. I will be making an appointment to get them cleaned ASAP. I joined the Comfort Club which gives me twice yearly check ups and a discount on today’s cost. Needless to say, I would certainly recommend Conway Comfort!

Technician Jorel Galvez was friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and overall really knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling.
