Luis did amazing job, clearly explained all my questions patiently. He did thorough check of my heating unit, provided list that needs immediate attention and which ones I can wait and what check they will do next year.

My technician was Louis and he showed his true colors by going out of his way to make it to my house while dealing with vehicle issues. He was very friendly, professional, and transparent. He went over everything he was going to do and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I called Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling when my furnace stopped working and was amazed at how quickly they responded. They scheduled a visit the same day, arrived on time and explained the issue in simple terms. The technician performed the repair efficiently and left everything clean. Their communication was clear from start to finish and they were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this company for anyone who values fast, reliable service…ok that’s the AI-driven response. To be precise, upstairs unit crapped out last night. Called Cassidy around 11am today. JT was there within four hours and spent the next three servicing both furnaces, replacing much needed parts (15 years with maintenance twice a decade? I didn’t get the memo about annual service.) I have nothing but kudos to entire staff at Conway

Conwway Comfort is just the BEST when it comes to HVAC services. Trust me. I’ve lived in the same house over 40 years and had hvac services twice a year so I have some sense re hvac services. TJ, the service tech was GREAT. He took the time to do a thorough service and provided explanations as he proceeded. For the first time ever the areas of the furnace were examined and tested. Such a thorough process and pleasant interaction. I’ll definitely ask to have TJ do the spring service.

Also, kudos to the very pleasant office staff. Conway Comfort is local. It’s not owned by private equity and that makes a positive difference.
